When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 3 working days.
It then takes between 7 and 21 working days for your item to reach your home.
In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipment.
Our parcels are delivered by poste. We do not work with relay points.
My order is not complete?
As we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at the same time.
Our average delivery times are 7 to 21 working days. Some packages may take a little longer than this.
However, if you still haven’t received your parcel after 21 working days, please contact us at contact@easycyclo.com to let us know.
Can I cancel or change my order?
For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@easycyclo.com
After this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our careful selection of reputable carriers, your package may arrive damaged.
In this case, or in the case of a design fault, please contact us at contact@easycyclo.com with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. The description of the problem (faulty / defective item, …)
3. A photo or video
You won’t need to send the product back, and we’ll refund your order directly.

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Credit Cards.
Is my information secure?
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.
